Quick answers to common questions
Most messages get a response within 12 hours on weekdays (GMT+8), and always within 24 hours. WhatsApp replies often come back within an hour during workshop hours (9am–7pm).
Our minimum order is 10 units, and you can mix & match any styles or sizes to hit that number. Volume discounts kick in at 10, 50, and 200 units. See full pricing on the Trade Program page.
We ship to 40+ countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight (for larger orders). All lamps come with CE / FCC / SAA / UKCA certification depending on destination market. Tell us where you are — we'll quote door-to-door.
Yes. Samples are charged at retail price, but the cost is fully credited back on your first order over $500. Trade-program designers get one complimentary sample per year — see details.
Standard orders: 2–4 weeks from deposit to shipment. Larger orders (200+ units) or custom designs: 4–6 weeks. We'll always confirm exact lead time on your pro forma invoice before you pay.
Absolutely — custom sizes, colors, patterns, and electrical specs are part of what we do. Send us a moodboard or reference image and we'll quote within 48 hours. Custom MOQ starts at 20 units per design, or single-piece for Designer Program members.
